Our feedback on our experience with DJI is that we are very happy.
We dealt mostly with David & Sarah – and the service we received from both of them was outstanding. But everyone we dealt with was excellent. I spoke to one of our neighbours the other day & he was impressed at how polite your guys were in his few interactions with them. We also really appreciate the effort Cam & Alex have put in to finishing everything off just right.
The design that David came up with absolutely amazed us (credit to any others who were involved – I know Darren had some input as well). Both the layout & selection of finishes was brilliant. It fitted us & the house so perfectly. It was nothing like what we were expecting – a very unique design, but suited us perfectly.
Sarah is a great project manager. The documentation was clear & accurate, communication was great, variations flowed smoothly & the job was completed right on time & almost exactly on budget – no small achievement on such a major project. I have several friends who have been through architect-designed builds & they cannot believe how well our project has gone. Credit to your team – and a big thanks to your subbies as well who I know worked extremely hard to get things done on time.
We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone. One of our friends was so impressed with the house they have already recommended you to a friend of theirs.
