The Role:
This is a great opportunity for the right person looking for career progression in the supervision path. We require someone with ambition who has an exceptional eye for detail, top quality finishes and be prepared to do what it takes to get the job done. A key aspect to this role will be liaising with clients, consultants, trade contractors and fostering these relationships, whilst managing the administrative side of the projects.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Recognised industry qualifications / licenses
- At least 2 years (minimum) experience in a similar site supervisor role in the residential construction industry
- Excellent construction knowledge and understanding of building codes, OHS requirements and QA standards
- A trade background is preferred
- Strong communicator and not afraid to take charge if needed
- Organised and professional demeanour
